Harlan C. beloved husband of the late Barbara Ann Scheffler (nee Plymate). Loving father of Todd Scheffler and Nancy Phillips. Grandfather of Bryant, Bennett Phillips and Ian and Haley Scheffler. Great grandfather of Sophie Harlan Phillips, Owen Bryant Phillips and Madeline Davis Phillips. Brother of Betty De'Araujo of Connecticut. Passed away April 7, 2014, at the age of 92. Memorial services will be held by the family at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

I remember meeting him at the House of worship, and discussing ART!. I'll add him to my prayer list. "From the sweet scented streams of Thine eternity...." Baha'u'llah.

I have had two prints, "Quiet Country" and "Barn Door", for sometime and decided tonight to look up the artist. Beautiful images appeared from the Web though also with notice of his passing this week. I'm sorry for the loss to his loved ones but will treasure these prints all the more.
