I´m writing to say how sorry I was to hear of Frank´s passing. Frank and my dad were in the Lodge at the same time. Your dad was so kind and so glad to see my dad. My dad was from Maysville as well. Your dad showed the book he put together during the war. I would love to obtain a copy if possible. Some how a relative on his side of the family married into a family of mine...RUSSELL Greenlee. I gave your dad a picture from my dads old picture. I´m not sure if it was Frank´s mother or sister(?). I live in Cincinnati and have been trying a long time to remember your dad´s last name. Tonight I finally found it through St Patrick´s. Thanks for any help you can give me. Again I´m sorry for your loss. He was so nice to talk to. Linda dobson- 513-910-4232

I'm at a loss for words right now. I was just looking through some old emails of mine that I had saved and some of Frank's old war stories he used to talk about with me while I was volunteering at the Lodge. I did a quick google search to see if Frank was still around so I could go visit him, and I stumbled upon this. Looking back now I wish I would have kept in touch with Frank. But as a high schooler getting ready for college, participating in activities after school and other young people things I lost track. Frank and Barb were two wonderful people whom I shared hours of conversations with in my time volunteering at the lodge over the course of two years. It saddens my heart to know they're gone and I won't be able to chat with Frank again like I wanted to. I'm so sorry for your loss because it's a massive one. But I have those old emails and the word documents he sent me and the stories and memories I have will live on, just as I hope your memories of Frank will live on as well. God bless.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Cousin Frank the Crank was certainly one of our favorite cousins.

It was a pleasure to have your father as a math teacher, and also to help care for him at The Lodge. He will be remembered by me fondly!

Frank was a gentleman and a scholar. I was proud to call him my friend. May he Rest In Peace!
