Cincinnati - Beloved husband of Julia for 48 years; devoted father of Valerie Ward, Michelle Williams, Robert Dixon (Samantha) O'Neal and Toilynn O'Neal (Treigg) Turner; brother of 10; loved by a multitude of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends throughout the community. Departed Dec. 20, 2018. Visitation, 9 to 11 a.m.Saturday, Dec. 29 at House of Joy Christian Ministries, 3220 Central Parkway; Funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. Renfro Funeral Services entrusted. Burial, Spring Grove Cemetery.
