Retired from Georgia Pacific and life time member of the Reading Eagles passed Sunday evening Jan 26, 2020. Preceded in death by his parents Troy and Myrtle Higgins. Survived by his daughter Tonya (Mark) Gregware, son Rick (Artie) Higgins, grandchildren Alexandria, Abigail, Annabelle, Shelby, and great-grandchildren Levi, Isabelle, Norah. Tom's final wish was to further medical research through the donation of his remains upon his death. In lieu of flowers please send a donation to the Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.
