I met Mrs. Edythe at Clemson Downs about 2 years ago. I visited Mrs. Treva every Wednesday and sat at their table for lunch. Carrine and I had many conversations about your Mom and how her sweet smile always radiated the room. I had no idea what a remarkable woman she was until I read the obituary. I know you will miss her terribly, and I also know how proud you must have been to be her daughter. So glad I was able to have known her. My prayers are with you through the coming weeks.

Dear Anne and Family, Our deepest condolences upon the loss of your mother, Edythe, an outstanding woman in so many ways. Ever busy and ever working towards good, Edythe served as a role model to others. Much love, Pastor Pat and Bonnie Kelley

I had the privilege of getting to know Edythe a little bit through various activities at Clemson United Methodist Church. She always impressed me as being someone who knew about most everything that was going on around her. She was sharp as a tack and asked penetrating questions. Glad I had the opportunity to cross paths with her. My sincere condolences to the family. To say that Edythe was one of a kind would be a huge understatement. Susan Stepp
