Louis Landolfi Obituary
Asheville - Mr. Landolfi was called "Tony" by all who knew him. He was an Asheville resident since 1959 and lived the last 50 years on the Manor Grounds in his home called Alva Glen. Tony earned an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and worked as an industrial engineer and efficiency expert for American Enka and BASF. In his retirement, Tony hiked, mountain biked, snow skied and picked buckets of wild blue berries in the Shining Rock Wilderness. But, Tony's greatest love was his grandchildren and to them he was Papa - the magnificent! He would shamelessly brag on them whenever possible and he showered them with all the love in his heart. He will be greatly missed.
Mr. Landolfi is survived by his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Juanita and their sons Anthony and Michael along with their families and children. A memorial service will be held at St. Eugene's Church on Saturday February 22, 2014 at 10am. In lieu of flowers friends are asked to make donations to St. Jude Children Hospital.

I remember Mr Landolfi ❤ i was in the fifth grade with his son Tony at St Eugene's .Every Sunday after church my mom and i would see him grocery shopping in Ingle's. He was a very sweet man and always stopped and talked to us. I never forgot him.
