Charles Brank Obituary
Weaverville - Charles Lee Brank, age 71, of Weaverville, went to walk with Jesus, Wednesday February 14, 2018.
Charles Lee was born July 15, 1946 in Buncombe County to the late Wiley Maurice and Stella Mae Waldrop Brank. He was a lifelong farmer in the Reems Creek Community of a bicentennial farm.
Surviving are his wife of 17 years, Nancy Brank; daughter, Tammie Fisher and husband David; son, Dennis Brank and wife Christy; step-daughter, Tammy Rogers; grandchildren, Justin Fisher and fiancé Samantha, Coltan Fisher, Dylan Brank; step-grandchildren, Kim and Scott Rogers; great grandson, Lucas Fisher; cousins, Mark Brank who was more like a brother, Buddy Brank, Carter Brank, Doug Mackey, Terry Waldrop and Larry Waldrop.
His graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 18, 2018 in West Memorial Park, Weaverville. Rev. Timmy Burnette will officiate.
The family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, February 17, 2018 at West Funeral Home, 17 Merrimon Ave., Weaverville, NC 28787.
At other times, the family will be at the home of Tammie and David Fisher, 644 Reems Creek Road, Weaverville, NC 28787.
In lieu of flowers he has requested donations to be sent to Covenant Church, designated to "The Charles Lee Elder Fund" 540 Reems Creek Road, Weaverville, NC 28787.

I am sorry to hear about Charles. We have been buddies for a long time. In fact, we go back over fifty years. When I was a kid, I carried milk from the dairy. I loved that man, always.
