Annie Domin

DUNBARTON ; Annie Domin, 85, of Old Fort Lane, formerly of Boca Raton, Fla., died Tuesday, Aug. 26, at Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association Hospice House.

She was born in Phillips, Wis., the daughter of the late Charles and Marie (Vacek) Kalous.

She married Daniel Domin on Aug. 17, 1946, in Chicago, Ill. They lived in the Chicago area for 30 years before moving to Louisville, Ky., where they stayed for two years before settling in Boca Raton, Fla., where they lived for 30 years before moving to Dunbarton in 2006.

After Annie's children were grown, she went to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, where she received her bachelor's degree in Philosophy in 1979.

She worked for many years as an educational assistant at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Her passion in life was serving Christ as a longtime member of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).

Annie is survived by her husband, Daniel Domin, of Dunbarton; three sons, Dr. Wayne D. Domin of Wolfeboro, Dr. David J. Domin of Phoenix, Ariz., and Rev. Douglas C. Domin of Dunbarton; four grandsons; four granddaughters; two sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be today, Aug. 29, at 2:30 p.m. at the N.H. Veterans' Cemetery, Boscawen.

There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 5 p.m. at the Concord Community Music School. The Reverend Doug Domin will officiate.
