Lauren B. Benner, 71, of Hunlock Creek, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021, at Allied Services Hospice, Scranton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jonny E. Benner; and her sister, Judy Haggerty.

Surviving are her daughter, Tammy Benner, who resides in Lake Stevens, Wash., with her partner, Deborah Overholt; and her son, Jonny Benner, who resides here locally in Larksville; as well as her precious grandson, Matthew Overholt; her two sisters, Jane Schmauch; and Ruth Sennett; and her special friend, Russell Andrews.
