I am so sorry for the lost of your dear loved one. It's comforting to know that God cares for all of us and losing a loved one is something we cannot get used to. The Bible gives us hope that one day we can see our dear loved one again. On behalf of all mankind Jesus surrender his soul for many. John 15:13 says “No one has love greater than this, that someone should surrender his soul on behalf of his friends.” Truly I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one and I hope these few words will bring you comfort and hope.

I just heard about the loss of Marvin. I am so sorry for your great loss. I have probably not seen Marvin much since our school days, but he was a great guy and I have fond Memories of both Marvin and Melvin from our years together in Jr/Sr High. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sorry this is late. I am so sorry to hear about Marvin. I attended Jr. High and High School with Marvin and Melvin. Marvin was a great guy. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I know this is late, but I was trying to figure out the right words, and I realize there are none. Marvin was a great guy and even though I only knew him from waiting on him at the restraunt or what Robyn has told me. But that didnt matter, when my daughter fell ill, Pat and Marvin along with Marvins parents were right there to help me, even though they didnt know me. He was a GREAT man and he will be missed so much. Just know that he touched the lives of many and will always be remembered! God Bless

Our prayers go out to all of you. Marvin truly was a wonderfully happy person. James and I walked into work alot with him and I don't remember a day he didn't have a smile on his face and have something good to say. I ususally listened of course,there was alot of hot wheel and car talk but it was all good. We will miss him. Our kids Leigha and Cody grew to know him also and are very saddened to hear about his passing. Please know we are thiking and praying for your families.

Marvin and I enjoyed talking fishing and great garage sale finds. He'd tell me about fishing with his brothers. You could tell he loved it; loved life. EVERY time, he had a joke for me. I don't remember the jokes, but I remember Marvin's smile and laugh. Many people do as well; it's his legacy. RIP, my brother!!

I met Marvin when I went to work for the state as a temp. I was fortunate to have been paired up with him on most of our service calls. He was a person that was easily likeable from the beginning. He liked to talk, but he also listened too. Unfortunally, that was many years ago, occasionally I would bump into him.....The Toy Store......during lunch, at McDonalds, We would try to catch up on our family lives , knowing that we only had a few minutes to spare. Marvin was a great guy... he will be missed!

Deepest condolences to the family of Marvin Guffey. I knew Marvin when I was in high school 7 years ago. I have always cherished the time he spent fishing with me and introducing me to hot wheels as a collectors item. He was one of a kind and will be sincerely missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Marvin. He was a great guy. Marvin worked with my dad (Ves Gockel) at the State and I know my dad thought highly of Marvin. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Dad passed away a year ago and I know that the thing that got me through was knowing what a difference dad made in the lives of others and how much dad was loved.
