Duane Townley Obituary
Raymond - Duane Stone Townley Sr, 86, Msgt, USARNG Retired, passed away on 25 January 2018. He was born to Bruce Townley and Mel Rose Townley of Tremont, Ms. He attended school at Tremony MS and helped his father farm until he entered service on 26 June 1956. He trained as a multi Engine maintenance mechanic. Msgt Townley Retired on 20 April 1992.
Msgt Townley was preceded in death by his first wife Anne Townley, his son Duane S Townley Jr, His farther Bruce Townley of Tremont MS, Mel Rose Townley of Tremont Ms. He is survived by his current wife, Carolyn Elaine Townley, Daughter Candie Wigginton; Son Jason G Townley; daughter Dana Townley; step daughter Betty Hultz; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service for Msgt Townley will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Wright and Ferguson in Clinton at 1:00pm with visitation one hour prior. A graveside service will be on Sunday at 2:00pm at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fulton, MS.
