So sorry to hear of this loss. I did not know Mr Carroll personally I am a friend and co-worker of his daughter Angel. We often spoke of our parents and their challenges. She spoke of her fathers strength throughout his battle with cancer and I can understand why she has such a beautiful strong soul. I pray that she and the family can find peace at this time knowing that he no longer suffers. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I didn't know Mr. Carroll, but I am honored to have known his daughter, Angel. I had the privilege of teaching Angel as a student, and I know that Mr. and Mrs. Carroll's loving parenting resulted in a class act of a child and eventual soldier. I am very sorry, Angel, for your loss.

Bill was a very good friend. Even though I didn't get to talk to him very much after he moved, he was always in my thoughts and prayers. I will remember all the great times we had together and will miss him very much. Love you Mr. Bill, rest in peace .

Billy and Virginia were part of a small group in Frederick in the 70s that started the Dandelion School, an alternative school created and funded by parents. Their children, Angel and Billy went to this school with our daughters. This group also started the Frederick Consumers Cooperative, which became the Common Market. Thank you Billy, for joining with us. Rest in peace.
