Kelly Ann Moore, 19, of Hinesville died Wednesday, Aug. 12, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Kelly was a native and lifelong resident of Liberty County, who was born Jan. 26, 1990. She was a member of the Bradwell Institute graduating Class of 2008 and was currently employed as a lifeguard at Corkan Pool on Fort Stewart. Kelly loved sports, especially softball, having played all four years of high school. Kelly was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her mother and father, Kim and Tom Richards of Hinesville; brothers, Justin G. Stafford and Perry S. Moore; sisters, Tiffany L. Moore and Christie D. Moore, all of Hinesville; maternal grandparents, Charlie Wesley "Billy" Haymans and Joyce Perry Haymans of Fleming; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Sue Richards of New Milford, Conn.; and a niece and a nephew.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home in Flemington.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Fleming Baptist Church with the Rev. Major Dykes and the Rev. Bobby Brinkley officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Wesley Rozier, Cody Rozier, Jake Rozier, Kevin Stewart, Lee Edwards and Juan Negron. Honorary pallbearers will be Emily Hendrix, Amber Wells, Melissa Wells, Amber Nix, Kaylie Bitzer, Cole Phillips, Jonathan Chipple, Brad Harris, Walt Edge, Brad Stafford, Danese and David Nichols, Angie Thacker, Julie and Randy Dykes, Gina Lindsey, David Abbgy, Chris Deacon and Helen Gilbert.
