Mrs. Joyce,
We are so terribly sorry for your family's loss. Kelly was a great girl, she always had a smile, she was a good friend to Carmen. I wish there was something we could do to ease your pain. Just know that God is in charge of everything. She will live forever in our hearts and memory.

I have worked with Kelly for the past three summers as a lifeguard. I know when you were having a bad day she was always there to make you smile. If it was a crazy joke, funny story, or her just being herself. I am sorry for what you are going through. God has a plan for everything even though you may not know right now what his plan was with Kelly he must have really needed her. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Kim and family, I was so sorry to hear about your daughter. It's hard for me to write this right now but, I feel like I need too.I know what you're going through and I know how much pain you're feeling. In eight days it'll be twenty months since I lost my baby boy. He had just turn 19.Your family and friends are there for you, you may not see it and at times you may not want them around, but they'll be there when you are ready. You take one day at a time. Everynight I go set on the porch, I look up at the sky, I find the brightest star and I talk to my baby. You see he's my gaurdian angel, just like Kelly's your's.If you ever need me, want to talk about our babies, or just want to cry together I'm here, yes I still cry everyday. You and your family are in my prayers.Take care and God bless.

Kim, Christy, Tiffany, Cody, Katie, Wesley, Grandma, Perry, Justin, and everyone else--

I am so sad to hear about Kelly. I only saw her a couple time as an adult. She was beautiful and seemed to have a great personality, friendly and funny. I can't believe that she is gone. I'll always remember playing with her and all of my other cousins out in the field and in Grandma's house when we were little. I wish I had gotten to know her better later on. I wish that I could be with you all right now instead of a world away. I promise to come and visit when I am back in the States. Please know that I am thinking and praying about you all now. My email address is emhaymans@gmail.com if any of you want to talk. I'm so sorry that I haven't been a very good family member over the years but I want to try harder. Stay strong. It's a tragedy but she seemed to have a happy life while she was here. Rest in peace, cousin.

I cant believe that such a tragedy happened to one of my best childhood friends. I will always remember "Kel Bel" as one of the boys. Always competitive in any sport and such a joy to be around. If you're down she was the one to make you laugh and brighten your day. When I came home after being gone in the Army, I told Kim I couldn't wait to see Kelly. And before I got to say hello after 4 years, that opportunity was gone and I had to say goodbye. Sorry for your loss. But, God has a plan and a reason for everything. My condolences.

Kim, Shelly, Joyce, Christy, Cody, words cannot express the sadness I feel. Kelly was an amazing talent, athletic, funny, and kind. I loved her deeply, and I will miss her terribly. The memories of her "sure thing" lay-ups on the court, and her silly jokes will stay with me always. She made me smile, and she was very very dear to me. I will miss her terribly. You are all in my thoughts and prayers that God give you strength to endure the absence that we will all feel without Kelly here with us.
