John Lloyd (Jack) Stevenson passed away peacefully at
the age of 79 years with his family by his side at the
Foothills Hospital on December 13, 2015.
A native Alberta boy, Jack enjoyed farming,
cattle, sawmilling, having coffee with the boys at
Bottrell, enjoying the company of his wonderful
friends, rodeo watching, and attending his beloved
grandchildren's many activities and events. A true
highlight of Jack's was marrying the love of his life,
Sharon, and spending a wonderful life together.
Jack will be fondly remembered by his children,
Donnie (Karen), Debbie (Mick), Denice (Rob); his grandchildren,
Dallas (Travis), Amy (Brandon), Tyler, Bryce and Kelsey; his
great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Jennifer and Maverick. The legacy of love
Jack created with his wife, Sharon, will live on in these generations
for decades to come.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Ermine Stevenson; his
son, Dean; and his loving wife, Sharon.
A Celebration of Jack's Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY
(Cochrane, 369 Railway Street, Cochrane, AB), on Friday,
January 8, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded If friends so desire, memorial
