Judy Bowen, 74, passed away shortly after midnight on November 14, 2020. Judy was born in Utah on October 29, 1946 to James and Delia Meldrum. She is survived by her children Spencer and Lynn; Grandchildren Billy, Briana, Lily, Baylee and Branden. She was the sister of Merlene and Jim who still reside in Utah. Judy will be cremated and the ashes of her and her late husband, Jim Bowen will be spread in their favorite place, The Red Desert. A Memorial will be held at a later date.
