Mackenzie Theron Cheek was born 4-22-1991 in Denver, CO and died 12-20-2020 in Santa Monica, CA. He was the son of Robert Cheek of Carson City, MI and Jill Cheek of Castle Rock, CO. He is survived by his parents and sister, Heidi Cheek of Hendersonville, NC. Mackenzie graduated from Douglas County High School in 2009. He was active in his church youth group and Boy Scouts. He was proud to have attained the rank of Eagle Scout, also in 2009. A memorial service is planned for Saturday 1-30-2021.
