Cody Buckley Obituary
Cody William Buckley passed away on April 19, 2018. Cody was born April 9, 2001 in Denver, CO to Joel and Pam Buckley. He grew up in Erie, CO and attended Erie High School. Cody was a brilliant student, achieving honor roll and excelling in all his subjects. He loved learning Chinese, working with computers, and being an assistant student teacher in his AP Chemistry class. Cody was passionate about helping others. He tutored students in math and computers, formed a number of social groups and developed creative games to assist in learning. He enjoyed rock climbing, and over the years playing football, baseball, soccer and basketball. Cody also enjoyed his job at King Soopers and the friends he made there. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Carl Keith Carrier, grandmother, Ionamae Francis Buckley and uncle, Keith Carrier. Cody is survived by his parents, Joel and Pam (Carrier) Buckley, two sisters, Toni and Jesi Buckley, grandparents, Sally Carrier, Tom & Mary Buckley, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held 1-5 PM on May 5, 2018 at Erie Recreational Center.
