SHANNON ROSE MCCARTY-LANE
June 27, 1975 ~ April 24, 2015
"Shannon will be remembered for her smile,
positive personality, and sense of humor."
Shannon Rose McCarty-Lane, 39, of Vancouver, WA, passed away peacefully, with family at her side, after a brave fight against leukemia. She graduated from Prairie High School in 1993.
Shannon took pride in her job as a hair stylist and manager at The Barbers, in Vancouver, and was loved by her customers and co-workers alike.
In her spare time, she enjoyed being with her family and her beloved dog, Lula.
Shannon is survived by her loving husband, Chris Lane; daughters, Mckenna (Brendon) Skinner and Hannah Willman; parents, Daniel and Suzanne McCarty; grandparents, Harold and Joyce McCarty; sister, Danelle Much; nephew, Tyler Much; nieces, Emily and Sara Much; mother-in-law, Linda Lane; two very special friends, Don and Alison Lovell; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
