Lillian Richardson Hall, 90, of Cleveland, MS, died Monday, June 5, 2017, at Allen Morgan Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, TN. She was born in Memphis on November 29, 1926, to Thomas Walker Gilmer Richardson and Lillian Wesson Richardson. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Rogers Hall, brother, Thomas Walker Gilmer Richardson, Jr., and sister, Madelyn Richardson Brock. She is survived by her children and their spouses, James Rogers (Josh) Hall, Jr. (Llewellyn), Richard Gilmer Hall (Gina), Amy Madelyn Hall Jackson, (Steve), nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Lillian graduated from The Hutchison School of Memphis and Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia with Honors. She lived in Merigold and Cleveland Mississippi for over fifty years where she and Rogers raised their children. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and entertaining friends. Lillian was very involved in First Presbyterian Church of Cleveland. She was Chairman of the Sanctuary Committee, overseeing the design and building of the sanctuary for the new church. She provided and arranged flowers in the church and attended regular Bible Studies. Her passions were playing bridge with friends and arranging flowers.

A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Cleveland, MS, 11 a.m., Monday, June 26, 2017.
