Nancy Kay Kenley, 54, of Memphis, TN, went to be with her Lord on April 26, 2012 after a long battle with ovarian cancer. She is survived by her son: Spencer Southern Kenley age 10, her mother: Lanell Kenley, her brother: Gary Kenley, and her sister: Becky Kenley, and a whole host of family and friends. Nancy was Senior Counsel for Legal Regulatory Affairs at Federal Express. Prior to her time at FedEx she was a devoted sixth grade teacher and volleyball coach at Memphis Harding Academy. Nancy was a devoted mother and supporter of her son’s endeavors at PDS. She was also a gracious friend, accomplished attorney, and avid sports fan. Go Vols! Nancy was a graduate of Overton High School, Oklahoma Christian University, and The University of Tennessee Law School. She attended Grace Crossing Church in Collierville, TN. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, April 27 at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Poplar Avenue. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 28, 2012 at White Station Church of Christ. Donations may be made to the Nancy K. Kenley Hope Fund at Independent Bank Memphis.
