Norma Prosser Hopkins died at home on July 3, 2017. She was born March 11, 1940 in Arlington, TN and moved to Memphis at age 2.

Norma attended Southside High School in Memphis. Early in her career, she worked in various jobs. Soon enough, she found medical sales and became a pioneer in the field, first with Hollister, Inc. and ending her medical sales career after working for 25 years with 3M Health Care.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Randle E. Hopkins; her brother, Jesse F. Prosser; father, John R. Prosser; and mother, Norma Stafford Prosser.

Norma took up the game of golf at the age of 33 and boasted of two holes-in-one! She was a long time member of Lindenwood Christian Church and served on the Board of Directors for many years at United Cerebral Palsy. Her son, Randle Hopkins, was born with Cerebral Palsy.

She also leaves many friends she made during her lifetime. A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 8th at 11:00 am at Lindenwood Christian Church. Norma donated her body to Medical Education & Research Institute (Genesis Donor Program). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Church Health Center, Memphis Shelby County Humane Society, or the .
