Scott Malcom Gatewood, Sr. (Mack) was born March 24th, 1949 and went home to be with the Lord on February 14th, 2017. He grew up in the small farming town of Germantown, TN, and was raised by his mother and step father and his grandfather, who was a share cropper. He retired in 1989 at Ft. Campbell, KY after 20+ years of dedicated service.

Mack was a faithful member of Bellevue Frayser, and volunteered regularly in the food ministry. He was actively pursuing God through studying the word with Bellevue's Bible Challenge and the Men of Memphis bible studies.
