CLANCY Maureen
1st Anniversary and Acknowledgement
In loving memory of Maureen Clancy (née Keane, Attymon), late of Cuddoo, Colemanstown, Ballinasloe, Co Galway.«
Predeceased by her husband Tommie.«
On her First Anniversary, her family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us, those who called to our house, attended the removal, funeral Mass, burial, sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy, perpetual enrolments, floral tributes or telephoned, those who travelled from near and far and those who were not there but thought of us at that time. We were fortunate to share the celebration of her life and take comfort from the stories and fond memories shared with us that also showed all she meant to so many of you. A very special thanks to our extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends who supported us in every way. Thanks to both Fr. Benny McCabe and Fr. Ray Sweeney for concelebrating Maureen's funeral Mass and giving support and comfort to us in those final days, to Fr. Benny for his monthly visits and prayers for Maureen and to Fr. Ray for saying such a lovely mass in the family home, to the servers and sacristan Mary Gannon, to Mary Mellody and Ruth Dempsey who contributed so much to this sad occasion with their wonderful music and singing, to Martina Donnellan who produced the lovely Mass booklet, to the teachers and children from Ballymacward N.S. and Colemanstown United Soccer Club who provided a Guard of Honour, to the gravediggers who prepared Maureen's final resting place with great care and attention and all who helped at the graveside, to Quinn's Funeral Directors, Athenry, for delivering their services with such care and professionalism. Our sincere thanks to Frank and Bernie Burke and family for their generosity, hospitality, refreshments and lovely meal. Many thanks to our fantastic relations, friends and neighbours for the seamless organisation of the catering to facilitate the reposal at home, and to all who assisted with parking and traffic control. A special thanks to all Staff at Athenry Health Centre and the community health care teams who assisted with Maureen's medical needs.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.

You gave us years of happiness,
Then sorrow came with tears,
You left us lovely memories,
We will treasure through the years.
