FINNERTY, Angela, Athenry Road, formerly Dunkellin Street, Loughrea, Co Galway, who passed away peacefully on March 15th, 2014. Angela's sons Patrick, Adrian, Martyn and David, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and the extended family would like to sincerely thank all of our relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with us on our recent sad loss. To all our incredibly kind neighbours and friends who called to our home and who helped us in every way, and continue to provide support; those who telephoned, sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy, floral tributes and gave donations to Galway Hospice Foundation - we thank you. A special word of thanks to those who provided food, called to the house, attended the wake, removal, funeral Mass, and to those who travelled long distances in inclement weather to attend her funeral. Sincere thank you to her GP Dr Bart Maloney, Jean Brogan and staff at Brogan's Pharmacy. Thank you to Fr Raymond Sweeney for his kindness and comforting words, especially his homely and the beautiful funeral Mass concelebrated with Fr Ambrose McNamee thank you. Thank you to St Brendan's Choir for her beautiful music and singing that made the ceremony so special. A special word of thanks to Sean Cleary, Chris Kilboy and staff at Kilboy's Funeral Directors, who helped us with the funeral arrangements with great sensitivity, personal attention and professionalism. Thank you to Lough Rea Hotel for providing a lovely meal and hospitality after the funeral. Last, but not least, Angela's dear and special friends who made her life so happy- Bridge, Mary and Austin, we will never forget you. As it would be impossible to thank individually the numerous people who have helped us through this sad time and have shown great kindness and friendship to our family, we hope that this acknowledgement will be acceptable as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions. Month's Mind Mass. Angela's Month Mind Mass will take place in St Brendan's Cathedral on Friday, 2nd May 2014 at 8pm.
