Funeral Services for Aimee Carr Hurst, 37, of Bryan, Texas will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 3:00 P. M. in The Chapel at Conroe Funeral Directors with the Bro. Robert Carr officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 4, 2012 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Aimee was born on October 17, 1975 in Houston, Texas and passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 26, 2013 in Bryan, Texas. She will be laid to rest with her grandparents at Resthaven cemetery.

Aimee is survived by her loving family: husband, Johnny Hurst; mother, Doris Odell; father, Edward Carr; sisters, Staci Simmons and Ashlie Carr; brother, Eric Carr; niece, Jordyn Simmons; nephews, Cody and Jared Simmons; aunts, Patricia Smith (Carl), Virginia Martin and Patricia Carr; uncles, Bobby Parker, Michael Carr and Robert Carr (Belinda); numerous other dear relatives and friends. Aimee was raised in Conroe, Texas where she made many lifelong friends, graduated from Conroe High in 1994 and then went on to work as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens and Conroe Regional Hospital. More recently, she was employed by St. Joseph Regional Health Care Center in Bryan, Texas for the past four years. Aimee enjoyed her work at the hospital and truly admired each and every one of her friends and colleagues.

Aimee was a beautiful young lady, inside and out, who loved spending precious time with family and friends. She was so proud to be an aunt to her sweet niece and nephew's; they were Aimee's pride and joy. Her wonderful smile could light up a room, but the love for her family exceeded all. Aimee will be remembered for her caring, friendly and compassionate presence. An exceptional daughter, granddaughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend who is now flying with the angels will be dearly missed. We will always love and miss you Aimee.
