Algeno Helena Robertson McPherson, 106. A 28 year retired CISD educator fought a good fight. Aunt Mack as she was called passed away Feb. 18,2013. She was very active in the community and loved by all. She served 14 years as treasure to the Montgomery County Retired Teachers Assoc., attended BSF for 14 years,was a member of Conroe Concern citizens, a member of Friendly Kiwanis Club and a member of the Booker T Washington Alumni Assoc. Visitation, Friday 2-5 @ Collins & Johnson and 6-8 PM @ Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 509 S 3rd, Conroe, TX, Rev. B J Plattenburg, pastor. Services, Saturday, 11:00 AM @ West Tabernacle Church, 1900 FM 2854, Conroe, TX, Rev. A R Shelton, pastor. Rev. B J Plattenburg, eulogist. Interment Rosewood Cemetery, Conroe, TX. Aunt Mack was married to Robert L McPherson for 65 years, he preceded her in death. She leaves to honor and cherish her memory her sister Alma Gordon;niece Dolores Jean Cavil(Ben), like her grandchildren, Ben Anthony(Nyesha)and Brian Cavil, joy of her life, Cydney,Siani,Hannah,Haley, Hayden Cavil, step son, Robert Jiles(Bobbie) god-daughter Algeno Proctor,many nieces, nephews, cousins as well as a multitude of dear and loving friends.
