Memorial Services for Alvin Curtis "A.C." Riley, 79, of Spring, Texas will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Timber Lakes Baptist Church in The Woodlands, Texas with Bro. John Culley and Bro. Mike Evans officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2012 in the Timber Lakes Baptist Church from 9:30-11:00 a.m. before the memorial service.

Mr. Riley was born March 28, 1933 in New Market, Tennessee and passed away Friday, May 18, 2012 in the Park Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation of The Woodlands. He was a member of Timber Lakes Baptist Church in The Woodlands, Texas and retired from J.B. Hunt Transportation in 1998. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Brenda was the love of his life and they cherished their time together. He is preceded in death by his parents: Edward and Ova (Bailey) Riley; brother: Arnold Riley; sisters: Ona Riley Newman and Dorothy Riley Haag.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 55 years: Brenda Pounds Riley of Spring, Texas; sons: Leslie Riley of Florida, Curtis Lee Riley of Houston, Texas and Herman Dale Riley of Spring, Texas; daughter: Frances Marie Riley of Spring, Texas; grandchildren: Amber Morrow, Justin Riley, Cody Riley, Joseph Riley, Brenda McArver, Jesica Riley; great grandchildren: Destin Riley, Ashlynn Feliciano, Tristin Riley, Preston Rice, Bryson Riley, Vanessa Riley; brother: William P. Riley of Bluff City, Tennessee; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
