Self, Angelina (Ange) Kiki, age 82, was born on March 24, 1932, in Weirton, West Virginia, and died peacefully on March 9, 2015, in Frisco, Texas. Ange lived most of her adult life in Texas but grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she was her senior class valedictorian. She went to business school and learned typing/stenographer skills as a secretary which she used her entire working career that began before she had children and then picked up after getting them all safely into middle school. Her main career was that of Executive Secretary for Houston Lighting and Power Company/Nuclear Division. She met and married the one and only love of her life, Edward (Ed) Self, in 1953 and they had four children, 12 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren. They were married for 58 years. Ange loved her family and they loved her. She was a golfer, walker, card player, crossword solver, avid reader and loved her dog, Harley. She volunteered at the local library and for numerous club organizations. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike Sarris and Isabelle Kish Sarris, her step-father, John Zambros, sister, Andriana Zambros, brother, Chris Zambros, her beloved son, Edward Michael Self, and her loving husband, Edward Leslie Self. She is survived by her three children, Bob Self (Jeanne) of Katy, Cherrie Haugh (Brian) of Frisco and Ken Self of Frisco, her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
