Anne Lennee Boone Crumpacker, age 80, graduated from this earthly life and entered the glorious presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday February 10, 2016. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy and courageous battle with heart and respiratory disease, and is now at peace, full of joy and home with her Lord.

Anne was born December 11, 1935 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of James Paul Boone and Margaret Malinda Pharr Boone.

Anne graduated from Lamar High School in Houston, Texas. She then attended The University of Texas and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority. She Graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Houston.

Anne married Ernest Lee Crumpacker, Jr. on April 9, 1955. They were married for 59 years and together raised four children. She enjoyed a successful career teaching in the Houston and Conroe area, as well as being a devoted homemaker. Anne deeply loved her family and friends and sharing in the lives of those around her. She enjoyed playing tennis with her friends and family, loved to spend time in her gardens, doing needlework and reading. She was also an avid piano player and played for worship as a founding and charter member of Conroe Bible Church in Conroe, Texas.

Anne is preceded in death by her father, James Paul Boone; mother, Margret Malinda Pharr Boone; husband, Ernest Lee Crumpacker, Jr.; infant twin daughters; son William Clark Crumpacker; daughter Margaret Susan Crumpacker Conley; sister, Jane Pharr Boone Ellis and her husband Irve Ellis; in laws, Ernest Lee Crumpacker, Sr. and wife Juanita Clark Crumpacker.

She is survived by her daughter, Malinda Eleanor Crumpacker Elsby and husband Doug; daughter, Elizabeth Lynn Crumpacker McKnight and husband Gary; daughter-in-law Laura George Crumpacker; sister Margaret Elaine Boone Craig; brother, Glenn Paul Boone; granddaughters Julianna Rose Crumpacker and Aine Siobhan Mae Elsby; grandsons, William Clark Crumpacker II, Aaron James Crumpacker, Daniel Gary Levi McKnight and Alexander Glen Lee Colby.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 11 AM officiated by Pastor Dave Schneider at Conroe Bible Church at 4491 Interstate 45 North, Conroe, Texas 77304.
