Bailey Anne Sweeten and her son Dawson Wayne Hooker passed away on Monday, May 30th, 2016 in a tragic accident. Bailey was born on February 14th, 1997 and grew up in Conroe Texas, spending part of her childhood in Lakewood Colorado. Bailey's family and friends knew her as a beautiful, kind, intelligent young woman who was so excited at becoming a first time mother. As a baby, Bailey's older sister Niki was always trying to get her to walk before she was ready; she learned to walk at 7 months old & never looked back! Forever after she was lovingly referred to as Boomer for all the times she had fallen while learning. Boomer & Doodles had a world of sister secrets that forever bonded them. Bailey had the most infectious smile, her laugh would light up the room. She had a wonderfully, mischievous sense of humor that could be seen in the glint of her gorgeous green eyes. Bailey was always singing everywhere she went, filling the world with her favorite music. Boomer was a favorite among her many cousins because of her strong spirit and endless debates with them. Bailey loved her two cats Silver & Tibby with whom she was almost never without. Bailey and Dawson are survived by her mother Dawn van den Berg; step-father Aaron van den Berg; boyfriend & Dawson's father Jonathon Hooker; sisters Niki, Rowyn & Kiwi; brother Reese; grandparents Donna & Wayne Nash; uncle Eddie Clements; great-uncles John Nieman, Curtis Talcott; great-aunts Mia Talcott, Teresa Nieman, Tima McMichael; aunt Jennie Sweeten; cousins Tabitha, Jensen, Marley Wallace; Kyle, Avery, Carter; Kody, Kai, Koh; Kory Talcott; Heather & Jude Brahnam; Christopher Nieman; Samantha Clements; Sky & John Kevin Sweeten; nephew Emmett Dean and many other friends and family members.

With such a sudden and unexpected loss of two young lives the family is asking for privacy at this difficult time of mourning.
