Betty Elliott, 84, of the Woodlands, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 24, 2014. She was born December 7, 1929 in Marshall, Texas to Fred and Matilda Selz. Betty graduated from Marshall High School in 1947 and then attended East Texas Baptist College. Betty was the first Teachers Aide in the Conroe Independent School District where she was employed for 31 years. She was a member of the Woodlands Church. Betty is preceded in death by her parents and grandson Chad Bryan.

Betty's children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were the love of her life. She is survived by her daughters, Carol Booth and husband Larry, Cindy Keelan, Cheryl Bryan and husband Sonny; grandchildren, Cal Booth and wife Carrin, Clint Aaron Booth and wife Leslie, Brittany Lancaster and husband Drew, Kyle Keelan and Kolby Keelan, Gabe Bryan and wife Cammie, and Betsy Bryan; great- grandchildren, Carter, Catherine, and Cora Booth, Grace, Torsten and Griffin Booth, Isaiah Strack and Makayla Lancaster, and Grady Bryan; sister, Earlene Flowers; sister-in-law, Betty Hunter and husband Bert; and many nieces, nephews, and friends, including her devoted caregiver, Lee Hall.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Metcalf Funeral Directors in Conroe from 10:00am to 11:00am. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am with Interment following at Forest Park The Woodlands Cemetery.
