Billy Frank Robertson, better known as "Pawpaw", went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday July 5th, 2016 at the age of 79.

Services will be held at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home, 20850 Eva Street, Montgomery Texas 77356 (936) 597-7300 on Friday July 8th. The family will be receiving family and friends for viewing from 10:00am-11:00am, with his service immediately following.

Bill served our country in the United States Army from 1958-1961, doing his training out of Fort Monmouth New Jersey and serving his remaining years at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. He then started his career in the oil and gas industry, where he traveled the world for 40+ years until his retirement.

Billy Frank and his loving wife of 57 years, Mary Yvonne Robertson, spent his glorious years of retirement traveling with their R.V. group, fishing, and spending all the time they possibly could with the family. Bill and Yvonne were long standing members of the 60 Plus Dance Club, where they were able to share their love of music, dance, and friendship with each other and all they met. Billy Frank brought joy and laughter everywhere he went with his infectious smile and joyous soul; he was a cherished man who loved strong, laughed hard, and danced often.

Survived by: Mother, Georgie Tarver of Big Spring Texas, his loving bride of 57 years, Mary Yvonne Robertson, and Brother Kevin D. Robertson; children, Son and Daughter-in-law Suzanne and Stephen D. Robertson of Montgomery Texas; Daughter and Son-in-law, Debra and Michael Sullivan of Carrollton, Texas.
