Corky was born October 1, 1934 and went to be with the lord on May 2, 2013 at the age of 78, after his struggle with diabetes and heart complications. Born in Wills Point, Texas, Corky spent his life as a milk man for Carnation Milk and later to retire from Hal Watson Air Conditioning Company. Corky served on the Montgomery Independent School Board, Montgomery Lions Club and a member of the Masonic Lodge. Corky was honest, hard-working and a loving man that enjoyed spending time with his family and "picking" his banjo and guitar with his friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Molly Harrison of Wills Point, Texas, and his daughter Candice Harrison of Montgomery Texas. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Johnnie Harrison, his two sons, Russell and wife Jessica Harrison, Jimmy and wife Sharon Harrison, his 8 grandchildren, Mark Anderson, Gregory Williams, Amy Hegemeyer, Shannon Harrison, Leslie Harrison, Tracie Harrison, Brandon Harrison, and Travis Harrison, his 9 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends, including his furry friends, Bell and Tinker.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 7 from 6-8 p.m. at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home in Montgomery. Services will be held on Wednesday, May 8 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Joel Wilson officiating. Interment will follow services at the New Montgomery Cemetery in Montgomery, Texas .
