Cathy Linda Melrose, 57, passed away Wednesday, March 6th, 2013 in Spring, Texas.

Memorial services for Cathy L. Melrose will be held at the LDS Klein Texas Stake Center at 16535 Kleinwood Drive in Spring, Texas on 6 April 2013 at 9 am.

Cathy L. Melrose was born on 21 March 1955 in Dallas, Texas to Oliver L. Hays and Carnelia L. (Sanders) Hays, and died Wednesday morning from Ovarian related brain cancer. She was associated with Tomball Arts & Crafts Coop in the Antiques and Colllectables business for many years in Tomball.

Mrs Melrose was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Wendell H. Melrose and three children, Victoria Hatcher(Chris) of Magnolia, Hugh Melrose of Spring and Charles Melrose(Crystal) of Spring. Three sisters, Barbara Hammaker(Gary) of Cedar Park, Cindy Croney(David) of Dallas and Patricia McKee of Dallas. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Haley, Cheyanne and Garrett Hatcher and Tyler Melrose(Charles) and numerous neices and nephews.

Arrangements with McNutt Funeral Home in Conroe, Texas. Cremation with no visitation.
