Charlotte Anne Daniel was born December 8,1941 in Sanderson, Texas to parents James Francis and Dema Daniel. While at Willis High School, she enjoyed many activities including cheerleading, twirling and band. On November 28, 1960, she married William Gene Seward and began pursuing her career as a nurse first obtaining her LVN certification and finishing her career as a Registered Nurse. She was instrumental in the establishment of Doctor's Hospital in Conroe, Texas in 1974. During her years at the hospital, she served in many leadership roles overseeing the surgical suite, recovery room and the labor and delivery department. Upon merging with Conroe Regional Medical Center, her career path took her into the field of Medical Information Technology Management until retirement.

Apart from her many professional accomplishments, she took pride in being a breast cancer survivor, Conroe Golden Girl and Tiger Band mom, supporter of the Republican Party, number one fan of the Dulles Dolls, TCU football enthusiast, volunteer of the Catholic Church and lastly, a loving Mimi to her grandson, Jack.

Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Angela Seward Hayes and grandson, Jack of Sugar Land, Texas and daughter, Michelle Seward Davis and son-in-law, Benjamin Davis of San Antonio, Texas.

Charlotte left this world peacefully on the Sunday morning of June 19, 2016, and was called to God's kingdom.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on July 30, 2016 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Plantersville, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to or the Ronald and Nancy Reagan Research Institute benefiting Alzheimer's studies.
