Funeral services for Collin Matthew Kelly will be held Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 10:00am at the Conroe Church of Christ with interment immediately following in Conroe Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 at Cashner Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Our precious child is in the arms of His Lord. Collin Matthew Kelly was born September 3, 1996 and passed away October 17, 2011 after a courageous 2 year battle with brain cancer. Collin is preceded in death by his grandparents, Peter and Peggy Kelly and his comrade of cancer battle, Aunt Sue Day. He leaves behind to cherish the memories of the beautiful soul he was, his parents, Susan and Victor Brown of Conroe, TX and Shawn Scott Kelly of Houston, TX; his grandparents, Homer and Ann Jones of Houston, TX and Frank and Glenda Runnels of Conroe, TX; great-grandmothers, Tuleta Davidson of Conroe, TX and Eunice Sims of Henderson, TX and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, his youth group at Conroe Church of Christ and many other friends. Collin attended Washington Junior High School for as long as he was able and was loved by his teachers and friends. Drew Lamp, Charlie Staelens, Jacob Underwood, Kaleb Underwood, Brandon Dodd, Keire Gibson, Treay Gibson, Travis Brown and Jesse Douglass will be honoring the life of their friend and brother as pallbearers. He was a member of the Conroe Church of Christ and was very active in the youth group. He enjoyed going to church camp at Camp Bandina and working on the Junior High mission trip at Sunny Glen Children's Home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in memory of Collin to the Conroe Church of Christ Youth Ministries, 1860 Longmire rd, Conroe, TX 77304, Sunny Glen Children's Home, P.O.
