Cora Elizabeth Villarreal was born to Candace and Dino Villarreal at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas on August 14, 2011. Cora had a smile that would light up a room, a boisterous laugh that always made others smile and join in the laughter. There was a tenderness in her eyes that would comfort those who were close to her and a spirited heart that led her to leap first and think later in order to prove she could keep up with the bigger kids. Cora's "can do" attitude at such a young age was inspiring and a joy to witness. The love she expressed in everything she did was the perfect example of God's love for all of us...unconditional and unwavering. Cora was a blessing to her family and was a bright star that faded too soon when she passed away on July 20, 2014. She leaves behind her Mother Candace, Father Dino and her Big Brother Charles; grandparents: John and Leah Smith, Faustino and Yvonne Villarreal; great grandparents: Frank and Peggy Smith; great Aunts and Uncles: Greg and Jan Handley, Dan and Joyce DeMilly, Jerome and Debra Limoge, Bill and Kathy McGuire, Douglas and Paulette Smith, James and Pam Fluellen, Phuong Phạm and Thin Tran, Dong Pham and Cuu Nguyen, Ly Pham, Cong Pham and Hoi Huynh; Aunts and Uncles: Shawn and Jaren Holmes, Logann Smith, Michael and Rita Rickman.

Cora will be deeply missed, but her family will ensure her memory and strength of heart will continue to be a shining example of God's love, kindness, and generosity.

Funeral services will be held 11:00AM Friday at Metcalf Funeral Directors, the Interment will follow in Garden Park Cemetery.
