Dale Edwin Evans of Panorama Village passed away May 20, 2014 at the age of 89. He was born April 29, 1925 in Oskaloosa, IA to Charles W. and Hazel F. Evans. Dale served in The United States Navy in World War II as a lieutenant. He was a devoted member of First United Methodist Church of Conroe and a member of the Panorama Lions Club. Dale served on the Panorama city council for 16 years. He is preceded in death by parents, Charles W. and Hazel F. Evans, brother, Charles R. Evans, sister, Rosemary McMillian. He is survived by his loving wife Jean Evans, daughter, Judith Ann Evans, son, Robert Dale Evans and wife Joan, brother, Wayne Evans and wife Lorene, grandchildren, Amy Michelle Evans and Amanda Marie Keesee and great grandchildren, Michael James Gibson, David Andrew Gibson and Briana Skye Gibson. Graveside services will be held Friday, May 23, 2014 at 10:00am in Garden Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 22, 2014 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home.
