Age 73, Passed away suddenly, December 22, 2016, at his home in Willis, TX, after battling several health issues. He is preceded in death by parents, K. Francis (Bud) and Emily M. Busyn. Denny was born in Duluth, Minnesota on December 31, 1942. He graduated from Minneapolis Southwest H.S. where he was an All-City Athlete and won many varsity awards. He attended St. Thomas College, served in the U.S. Air Force, and Air Force Reserve. Denny married his high school sweetheart and love of his life, Karen, and they had been together for 57 years. While residing in Texas, Denny and Karen founded and were still working at Rooftop Service Company, a commercial roofing company, serving the greater Houston area.

Denny was a very kind and sweet man who never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He was a great father and a wonderful husband. In addition to his beloved wife Karen, he is survived by his two adored daughters; Kimberly (James) Burnett and Kristine (Christopher) Serafin; loving and talented grandchildren Cameron and Kendall Burnett and Karlly and Cayden Serafin; brothers Thomas, Gerald, and Michael Busyn and many nieces and nephews.
