Mr. Donald Presswood, age 71, of Lovelady, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at his residence. He was born September 1, 1941 in Madisonville and had lived in Lovelady for the past 13 years. Mr. Presswood was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during Vietnam. He was a member of the Caca Pasa Hunting Club, a lifetime member of the Montgomery County Rodeo Association, a member of Hold'em and Hit'em Club and a lifetime member of Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Mr. Presswood had worked as a structural designer. He enjoyed raising cattle, fishing, hunting and competition B.B.Q. cooking. Survivors include wife, Peaches Presswood of Lovelady; sons, Cliff Presswood and wife, Kim of La Porte, Tim Presswood and wife, Kristen of Webster, Clint Presswood of Porter; grandchildren, Emily, Scott, Stephanie, Chris and William; great-grandson, Logan; sister-in-law, Billie Presswood of New Caney; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Preceded in death by parents, Clifford and Neoma Presswood; three brothers and two sisters. Funeral services for Mr. Donald Presswood, age 71, of Lovelady, will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel.
