Eddie Allen Red, age 60 of Willis, TX, passed away December 8, 2017. Eddie was born June 20, 1957 in Conroe, TX to Ed and Merle Red. He grew up in Willis, loving the outdoors, animals, hunting, fishing and shooting. He also enjoyed and competed in Judo, winning many awards. Later Eddie competed professionally in shooting skeet and body building. But by far, his favorite sport was racing motorcycles, boats and cars. He lived for the thrill of going fast.

Eddie was a proud owner of his own business, Eddie A. Red Logging, which he started together with Tracy, a continued family tradition. He was well known, well respected, and well-liked by the community. Eddie strived to live a very faith based life, living as God would want. He lived for his children as they were growing up, spending much time with them hunting, fishing, and teaching them.

Eddie is survived by his wife, Tracy Red of Willis; parents Ed and Merle Red of Willis; daughter Theresa Black and husband Jason of Magnolia; son Gentry Red and wife Brandi of Willis; son Caleb Red of Porter; son Trevor Red and wife Kristina of Conroe; stepson Jory McCulloch; stepdaughter Jordan McCulloch; and grandchildren, Heyden Red, Ronin Red, Marcus Red, and Ethan Red.
