Ervylene Niederhofer Bagley, "Sissy", entered this world on January 7th, 1926, in Conroe Texas. She was the first of two children born to Ervin and Ethel Niederhofer. She wed Bert Bagley on November 21, 1952 and was preceded in death by him in 1974. A longtime resident of Conroe she worked at Allied Bank, where she retired from in 1983. Sissy spent her life touring this country from one end to the next, soaking up the sites, chatting with the locals and most of all making beautiful memories with her family. She spent her days insisting that she did not need or want for anything, but those around her should have it all. Over the span of her 91 years on this earth she had many accomplishments that her family will celebrate for years to come. Those she raised to carry on her legacy, nephews, Billy Lyons and his wife Tammy; great-nieces and nephews, Erin Wendell and her wife Summer, Hailey Merz and her husband Sean, Heath Blain, Jake Lyons, and Sarahbeth Wienecke; great-great-nieces and nephews, Kaylee Merz, Kaleb Merz, Corbin Shaver, Kiptyn Others, and Kane Others. And finally, the love of her life, a toy Yorkshire terrier named "Poopsie". She departed this world on October 12, 2017. She was joyously received in heaven by those she spoke of often who preceded her in death, sister, Martha Lyons and her husband Billy; aunt, Stella Sellers and her husband Mark; nieces, Paula Blain, and Cynthia Lyons; great-great-nephew, Justin Blain, her cousin, friend and confidant Joe Margie Monroe; sweet heart of 25 years, John Calhoun Fawcett. A special thanks to those who rose to the occasion of caring for this lovely lady in her final days, Deborah Dubois, Helen Reynolds and Yvonne Worley. Your ability to preserve dignity and your immeasurable compassion are truly beautiful. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Cashner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 16, 2017 at 2:00pm in Cashner Colonial Chapel. Burial will follow in Conroe Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Keith Cormack, Heath Blain, Sean Merz, Corbin Shaver, Jake Lyons and Mike Others.
