Floyd "Dean" Bryant, age 83 was born on June 4, 1931, and was welcomed home by his heavenly father on March 11, 2015. Dean was born on June 4, 1931 to Belton Bryant and Triona "Autry" Bryant in Texaco, Texas. Dean attended and graduated from Bula Texas High School. Dean is preceded in death by his loving parents Belton and Triona Bryant of Hereford, Texas and his beloved elder brother Kennith Charles Bryant of Grand Junction, Colorado. Dean is survived by his loving wife of 60 golden years, Barbara June "Turner" Bryant of Conroe, daughter Pamela Degner and husband Steve Degner of Conroe, daughter Debbie Soliz and husband Charlie Soliz of Montgomery, daughter Donna Jung and husband Steve Jung of Conroe, son Jimmy Bryant and wife Connie Bryant of Magnolia and daughter Vickie Bryant and her companion Dennis Wibberg of Montgomery, eldest brother Tommy Lee Bryant of Ridgeway, Colorado. Numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews whom all Dean loved very much also survive him.

Dean was a United States Navy veteran who proudly served our country during the Korean War and who was deployed on the same ship the USS Lanning APD55 with his elder brother Kennith. After his time in the Navy, Dean and his two brothers Tommy and Kennith began their own pipeline company named of course, Bryant Brothers Pipeline based in Hereford, Texas which was successful for many years. Dean was a dedicated member of the Longmire Church of Christ in Conroe. Dean enjoyed his church family immensely and was deeply devoted to his Christian faith.

Dean was loved by so many but he especially adored all of his grandchildren; Jonathan Bryant from Conroe, Keith Soliz from Montgomery, Andrea StClair from Montgomery, Kristen Degner from Conroe, Stephanie and David Jung from Conroe and Whitney Ingram from Magnolia. Dean's three great-grandchildren also brought a majestic sparkle to his eyes. His great-grandchildren are Anna Raye Bryant and Blake Austin Bryant from Conroe and Ty Matthew StClair from Montgomery. They will all deeply miss their "Papaw".

The family will receive friends for viewing at Cashner Funeral Home in Conroe on Sunday March 15, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Funeral services will be held in the Cashner Colonial Chapel on Monday March 16, at 10:00 am. Pastor John Helbig of the Longmire Church of Christ will be officiating. Interment will follow at Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe, Texas. Pallbearers are; Jimmy Bryant, Steven Degner, Keith Soliz, Dustin StClair, Jonathan Bryant, and David Jung. Honorary Pallbearers are; Charlie Soliz, Steven Jung, Tom Bryant, Dennis Wibberg, Roger Hornsby, Sam Allen, Wiley Kelly, Lonnie Keenom, Dennis Bonner and Don Koontz.
