Forrest Ordin Dickey passed away March 19, 2014 at the age of 81 in Conroe, Texas. He was born September 12, 1932 in Bay City, Texas to Alonzo and Archie Dickey. Forrest was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He served in the United States Navy in the Korean War from 1953 to 1954. Forrest was a self-employed contractor doing residential and commercial work and his hobbies included hunting, fishing, gardening and canning. He is survived by daughters, Betty Lloyd of Conroe, TX, Tracy Neptune and husband Barry of Needville, TX and Katherine Moak and husband Daniel of Conroe, TX, sons, Lonzo Dickey and wife Vilesha of Conroe, TX and Michael Dickey of Port Arthur, TX. Numerous grandchildren, relatives and friends also survive. Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 10:00AM in Garden Park Cemetery with Russell Caruth and David Bass officiating.
