Funeral Services for Gladys Lucille Teague of Willis, Texas will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 8:30 A.M. in The Chapel at Conroe Funeral Directors. Interment will follow in Pleasanton City Cemetery in Pleasanton, Texas. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, March 27, 2015 from 7:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Mrs. Teague was born on February 23, 1917 in Ponotoc, Texas to John and Lena (Conrad) Henry. She passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in Willis, Texas at the age of 98. Mrs. Teague was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lena Henry and her husband, Richard B. Teague, Jr. She is survived by her loving family: daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Robert "Butch" Graphman; grandsons, Robert Craig Graphman and Mark Richard Graphman; great grandchildren, Melissa Graphman, Robert C. Graphman, Jr., Aric Graphman and Ellie Graphman; great-great grandsons, Robert Caden Graphman and Ethan William Oughton; sisters, Mildred Marlowe and Doris Greisenbeck. Mrs. Teague grew up in South Texas on a farm between Poteet and Somerset. She and her husband, Richard spent many happy years together raising their family and enjoying life. Mrs. Teague devoted her life to her family, providing a loving and caring home. After her husband Richard's passing in 1994, Mrs. Teague spent time traveling with her daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Butch Graphman, visiting many places around the U.S. including Hawaii. She was a strong, loving, independent woman who had a great sense of humor and will be remembered as an accomplished seamstress as well as, a wonderful wife and mother. She will be deeply missed for her love and warmth.
