June completed the race and crossed the finish line to be with the Lord on Sunday January 24, 2016 at her home with her family at her side. She began this race on April 27, 1944 in Crockett, TX with her parents M.T. and Sylvia Lively of Grapeland, TX.

June is survived by her only son Douglas Landry of Conroe, TX, one granddaughter Elizabeth Landry of Montgomery, TX, one sister Virginia (George) Higdon of Brazoria, TX, two nephews Jim (Laura) Thompson of Lake Jackson, TX and Chris (Tina) Hinman of Bay City, TX. Many great (and great great) nieces and nephews.

June is preceded in death by her parents M.T. and Sylvia Lively of Grapeland, TX and her significant other State District Judge Lee Alworth of Conroe, TX.

She graduated from Bay City High School in 1963 and went right into cosmetology school in Victoria, TX. She later went on the get her Real Estate license and then after that went to work at First National Bank of Conroe for numerous years. June then went on to retire after 27 great years as Deputy Court Clerk with Montgomery County Clerk's Office. During her tenure here she made numerous friends and she is described by many as a "Fashion Diva", some say she could put a black trash bag on and make it look glamorous.

After retirement, June went on to be a world traveler and gained a love for going on cruises. She did these travels with many of her best friends by her side. She loved shopping and was head over heels for resale shops. She had a taste for all different cultures and advertised this in her jewelry and home décor. She loved clothing, shoes, jewelry, and hand bags.

June has a magnetic personality in which gained her many many great friends and most of them became like family to her. She loved parties and being the center of attention, she was never wrong and always made sure you knew it. June was described as the life of any party.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that a contribution be made to the family cemetery: Livelyville Cemetery Association204 Pecan Dr Crockett, TX 75835.
