Guy W. Walton was born March 7, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois, and passed away on Monday, November 6, 2017 in Montgomery, Texas after many courageous years of battling cancer. He was 76 years old.

Guy proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a successful business man: Owner of Forklifts "R" Us and Guy's Rigging and devoted his time in Forklift Sales and Service in Montgomery and throughout the greater Houston area.

Guy gave his life to GOD over 30 plus years ago and took his last drink, and continued to devote his time, love and dedication in helping others. He had that special twinkle in his eyes and was a Friend forever. His love will be greatly missed.

In his spare time, Guy spent time with his grandchildren, nieces and great nieces, and nephews - They all had a very special place in his heart and he loved taking them anywhere and making sure it was always about Family and fun... Guy was a devoted Christian and longtime member of Lone Star Cowboy Church, Montgomery, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie Lee Walton and Mary Ruth (Steinken) Walton, and his loving wife and friend, Billie Marie (White) Walton. Guy is survived by his children: Michelle Walton, Shelly Bassett, Jennifer Glauser and Johnnie Nickens and, two step-children: Kelly Taylor and Rand Hull. He is also survived by many extended family, friends and his beloved pet of 11 years, Molley.

The family would like to give a Special Thanks and Appreciation to: Oasis Hospice and Staff for their love, support and guidance through this difficult time. Also, to Irene M. Johnson for her kindness, love and support over the last year. Guy and Irene had a special bond, friends forever and always there for each other.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Lone Star Cowboy Church in Montgomery with Pastor Randy Weaver officiating.

In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Lone Star Cowboy Church: 21627 Eva Street, Montgomery, Texas 77356 in Honor of Guy W. Walton to help others and continue his gratitude.
