Harold James Hagan was born October 4, 1935 in Houston TX and passed away April 18, 2014 in Conroe, TX at the age of 78. Harold was a graduate of Jeff Davis High School and attended Evangel College in Springfield, MO and the University of Houston. Harold served his country in the US Army stationed in Germany. He retired after 57 years in the property tax business and lived his life as a devoted Christian. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Walter James and Ruth Louise Emerson Hagan and by his sister, Judith Nell Ewing. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Sara Hagan of Conroe, TX, by his son, Stephen Christopher Hagan and his wife Tanya Renee of Conroe, TX by his daughter Jennifer Hagan Broussard of Spring, TX and by his grandchildren, Paige Riley Humphrey and Clayton Matthew Humphrey. Visitation will be at Cashner Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 22, 2014 from 6-8pm. Funeral Service will be Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in the Cashner Colonial Chapel at 10am with Bro. Gene Kendrick as minister. Burial will follow in the Garden Park Cemetery and Military Honors will be presented by the VFW Post 4709. Pallbearers will be: Keith Lessmann, Rod Huerter, Scott Reynolds, Lance Reynolds, David Devine and Pat McGuirk. Visit our website at www.cashnerconroe.com
