Bill Baethke, 76, of Montgomery, TX, passed away on Dec. 29, 2017 in Conroe, TX. He was born on Nov. 2, 1941 in Maywood, IL to Hank and Velma Baethke

Bill proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in Army Intelligence Photo Interpretations, then became a business owner for over 40 years. He was an avid sports fan and a collector of classic cars.

He is survived by his loving family: Wife, Dee Baethke; son, Bill Baethke; step-children, Lisa Mathews and Dean Jones; sister, Velma K. Shuppe and husband Russ; grandchildren, Gabe Baethke, Valerie Fulmer and husband Chris, Brian Nichols, Alyssa Mathews, Erick Cole, Johathan Cole and Ashley Krenzer; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will he held on Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the chapel at Conroe Funeral Directors with The Rev. Vita Como officiating.
