Herman "Lloyd" Lambert Sr., 77, passed away July 4 in College Station. A time for family to receive friends will be from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Hillier Funeral Home at 2301 E. 29th St., Bryan, TX 77802. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Conroe Memorial Park, Conroe, TX.

Lloyd was born in Conroe on July 5, 1935 to Marvin L. Lambert and Lottie Annette Brown. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Lloyd retired from Texaco as a drilling foreman.

Lloyd is survived by his wife of 58 years, Blanca Cuevas Lambert. Also surviving him is his brother, Harry N. Nevedomsky and wife Norma; his children, Herman Lloyd Lambert, Jr. and wife Frances, Debra Lambert Patrick and husband David; grandchildren, Monica Lambert Pearce, Lisa Lambert Klesel, David Patrick Jr, Evin Brewer, John Patrick, and Justin Lambert; seven great-grandchildren, and multiple aunts, nephews and cousins.

Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents, step-father, Harry M. Nevedomsky, daughter, Karen Brewer, and his brother, Marvin L. Lambert Jr.

Serving as Pall Bearers are John Patrick, Justin Lambert, Casey Pearce, Chris Klesel, Evin Brewer, and Lebert Johnson.
